Received problems / different quantity item
If you receive any problems items (wrong: size/ pattern/ color/ quantity/ defect) from your seller, pls notify us within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted. We will try best to negotiate some compensation with the seller about the problems item. But we cannot guarantee the result in satisfactory. The process could be up to 5-7 working days.

* Which problems item number in PO & item link
* Clear picture of the problem item & consignment note

Received lost item in parcel
Please do check your content of the parcel & item quantity before sign, the courier company not responsible for any loss IF you had signed the parcel. If you find out any missing item in parcel, please notify us within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted. We shall investigate further. But we cannot guarantee the result in satisfactory. The process could be up to 7-14days.

* Clear picture for all items you received
* Clear picture of the parcel with consignment note
* Clear picture of the entire parcel / packaging for top & bottom
After we checked & confirmed the item has been shipped from China, you need to provide proof as below:
* Clear picture of courier consignment note on parcel
* Picture of the entire parcel with showing the total weight weighing on parcel weight scale
